Carrot Cake

This cake is quick, smooth to prepare, flexible and really delicious.Recently, understanding how much we like carrot cake has become more practical.Neither of them had it when they were young.Because of this exquisite recipe, we fell in love.

* ingredients:

° 6 cups shredded carrots
° 1 cup brown sugar
° 1 cup raisins
° four eggs
° 1 half of cups white sugar
° 1 cup vegetable oil
° 2 tsp vanilla extract
° 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
° three cups all-purpose flour
° 1 half of teaspoons baking soda
° 1 teaspoon salt
° four teaspoons ground cinnamon
° 1 cup chopped walnuts

 * Directions :

In a bowl, mix shredded carrots / brown sugar. Set apart for 60 mins, then turn with raisins.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and grease  10-inch cake pans.In a large bowl, beat the eggs until lightened. Gradually whisk collectively the white sugar, oil, and vanilla. My heart is pineapple. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and stir the moist combination till it absorbs. Finally, add the carrot and walnut combination.Pour evenly on the litter box.
Bake for 45 to 50 mins withinside the preheated oven, till cake checks are done with a toothpick. Cool for 10 mins before removing them from the pan. When completely cooled, frost with cheese frosting
