Glazed Pumpkin Cookies - Don't lose this recipe save it !!

My mom's Glazed Pumpkin cookies were our favorite when I grew up and they still get compliments everywhere I share.
I've talked in the past about the pork sandwiches we ate during the harvest when I was growing up, and mentioned that meals in the field also required cookies.

These glazed cookies have always been one of our fall favorites. The recipe is a big batch and we'll be spending the afternoon in the kitchen baking it all.

* ingredients :

+for cookies
° 1 cup soft butter
° 2 cups white sugar
° 3/4 cup brown sugar
° 2 eggs
° 2 cups pumpkin solid pack
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
° 2 teaspoons baking powder
° 2 teaspoons of baking soda
° 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
° 1 teaspoon salt
° for the glaze
° 3 cups powdered sugar
° 4-8 tablespoons of milk

* Directions :

 Heaat oven 350 degrees F .  In a large bowl, whisk together the butter and sugars until the cream is smooth. Whisk eggs, pumpkin & vanilla.
In a bowl, blend together flour / baking powder /  baking soda /  cinnamon, & salt. Adding dried ingredients to wet also stir until mixed .
With a large round spoon, drop the dough onto the cookie sheets. Bake for 13-14 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Don't overcook the bread. Let it cool completely.
To make the glaze, stir in the powdered sugar with enough milk to make a liquid, but still spreadable consistency. Spread each cookie chilled with glaze
