° Three potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
° 2 teaspoons olive oil
° 1 tablespoon butter
° 1 tablespoon brown sugar (more if you need it sweeter)
° 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
° 1 / four teaspoons ground nutmeg
° Pinch of ground ginger
° sea salt to taste

* How to prepare

Heat oven 350 degrees.
Cover a small baking dish with cooking spray.
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and put them in a baking dish.
Melt the butter in the microwave and pour over the potatoes with olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
Add more sugar or cinnamon to taste. Flip it to dip evenly.
Bake the roasted sweet potatoes in the oven for 60 minutes.
Flip the fries several times at the same time roasting.
