* Ingredients

°80 g flour
°2 teaspoons baking powder
°5 egg whites
°pinch of salt
°300 grams powdered sugar
°2 tablespoons of rum or lemon juice
°2 tablespoons water
°12 small marzipan carrots
*How it is made:

Biscuit Dough: Works approx. 5 minutes In a large bowl combine sugar, egg yolks and water with mixer whisk until mixture is foamy.
Stir in the carrots and all other ingredients until they reach a layer of kirch. Mix flour and baking powder and mix.
Beat egg whites until combined with salt, introduce into the mass, lifting with a rubber spatula. Fill out the template.

Cooking: approx. 55 minutes in the lower half of the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Remove, let cool slightly, remove ring from mold, turn on wire rack, let cool. Place the grid on the baking paper.
