How to make hamburger slices with onion and mushroom broth!

Green beans with bacon

* Ingredients:

°2 lb 80/20 ground chuck
°1/2 cup rusk
°1 egg
°1/2 cup milk
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°2 tablespoons dried dried onion
°2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (I used 1 tablespoon too much salt)
°1 tablespoon is better than beef broth
°2 medium onions
°2 cups mushroom
° 4 cups beef broth
° 1 tablespoon cornstarch

* directione:

In a large bowl, add ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, black pepper and salt, dried onion mixture and Worcestershire sauce and mix well until they are about the size of patties.   
In  skillet, heat 1 tsp oil. Add pancakes to brown, about 5 minutes per side.
When browned, set aside, then add onions and mushrooms and fry for another 3 minutes.
Then add the cornstarch with the beef broth and then add the beef broth and beef broth to the saucepan, then add the pancakes again to cook for 45 to 50 minutes until reduced to the desired thickness.
