This delicious meditation on strawberry angel food combines delicious layers of angel food cake, tangy sweet cream cheese, whipped cream and strawberries! Put this dessert in the fridge and have it ready to serve when your guests arrive or for a great after-dinner dessert!

* Ingredients
° 14 ounces angel food cake (pre-made or store-bought, cut into 1-inch cubes)
° 1 strawberry cole (or strawberry syrup)
° 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
° 1 cup confectioners' sugar
° Half a cup of milk
° 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
° 8 oz fresh whisk
° ½ pound strawberries (washed, peeled and sliced)

* Directions

Cut the angels cake into 1-inch squares, and place them in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Leave the pan aside for later use.

In a medium bowl, add cheese, milk, and powdered sugar. Whisk together using a hand mixer or hand mixer.
8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup icing sugar, ½ cup milk
Add half of the fresh whisk and vanilla extract and whisk together.
8 ounces Cole Whip, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pour the sugar and cream cheese mixture over the chopped angel food cubes. Using a spoon, smooth the mixture evenly.
Add the remainder of the cold whisk and distribute as evenly as possible.
8 oz Cool Whip
In another small bowl, combine the cole and strawberry slices and mix.
1 pound strawberries, 1 strawberry coulis
Pour over the whisk layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
Keep it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving, you can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days!
