These pasta crusts with ground beef recipe are so delicious and easy that anyone can make them. I learned to make this skillet from a friend of mine, but he told me he was inspired by his Mexican neighbor's recipe that he calls Conchitas. The term conchitas comes from a pasta shape that is very similar to goulash but with a Mexican flare.


°1.5 pounds of ground beef
°Clove and garlic
°black pepper
°Sazon Perfecta seasoning.
°2 cups medium-sized pasta shells
°1/4 cup oil
°4 cups of water
°2 tablespoons of Knorr Chicken Stock
°4 tablespoons of Knorr favorite tomato stock
°3 cubes Serrano Chili's
°half an onion
°1 box of Rotel
°A handful of chopped coriander
°Garlic & onion powder to flavor
°2 packages of red sazoon sauce
°1 bay leaf


1) Fry the minced meat with minced garlic, black pepper and Sazon Perfecta seasoning.

2) While the meat is cooking, in a deep skillet, brown the pasta in 1/4 cup of the oil (just as you would with the Ronnie brown rice).

3) Drain the fat from the ground beef and add the meat to the pasta shells.

4) Add 4 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of Knorr Grained Chicken Stock, 3 diced serrano peppers, 4 tablespoons of Knorr Grained Tomato Stock, sliced ​​half an onion, 1 can of rutile, a handful of chopped cilantro, 2 packages of red sazoon sauce and a leaf Laurel and add garlic and onion powder to your taste. 

5) Stir and cover over medium-high heat until your crust is soft. serve! Enjoy easy Mexican pasta shells with this ground beef recipe.
