Seafood Loaded Potato Pan



Easiest shrimp boil ever! And it's clutter-free with one tray. This is correct. one pot. No newspapers. No bags. No cleaning !

* Ingredients:

° 1 pound Dutch yellow potatoes
° 3 corn cobs cut crosswise into 6 pieces
° 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
° 4 cloves garlic, minced
° 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
° 1 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
° 1 package (12.8 ounces) thinly sliced ​​smoked Andouille sausage
° 1 lemon cut into slices
° 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

* Directions : 

Preheat oven 400 degrees F . Heat a baking dish or lightly oiled it with non-stick spray.
In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook potatoes until tender and soft, about 10-13 minutes. Stir the corn during the last five minutes of cooking time; drain well.
In a small bowl, mix together butter, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning.
Place potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Stir in the butter mixture and stir gently until combined.
Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque and corn is tender.
Serve immediately with lemon slices and garnish with parsley if desired.
