°Provence herbs
°50g flour
°olive oil for cooking
°250 grams mozzarella cheese (weigh without liquid)
°1 egg
°80 g bread crumbs

Cut the mozzarella crosswise and then lengthwise to get sticks about one centimeter thick.

The second step
Beat the eggs. Mix the breadcrumbs with a little Provence herbs, salt and pepper.

Put the beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and flour in different bowls.

One by one, dip each piece of mozzarella in a row in flour, then eggs and then breadcrumbs with Provence herbs.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan (add one bottom only), fry the chopsticks until each side is golden brown.
