*Ingredients / for 8 people :
°3 ripe bananas
°225 grams of flour
°150 grams of sugar
°40 gm crushed walnuts
°2 eggs
°1 handful of raisins
°2 tablespoons of rum
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°1/2 teaspoon salt
* Preparation :
1 Preheat oven 200°C
2 In bowl, mashing bananas, adding eggs & mix well.
3 Insert the dry ingredients into the banana mousse.
4 Add nuts, raisins and rum.

Put the dough in a lightly buttered cake pan and bake for about an hour.
