Bars chocolate recipe



It's easy to make these homemade granola bars, and they're a low-energy snack that you can eat any time of the day. It's also vegan, gluten-free, and made without added sugar.

*ingredients :

°5 grains of dates
°250 ml of boiling water
°1 ripe banana
°60 ml of coconut oil + 1 tsp. coffee
°1 tsp. 1 tsp vanilla extract
°1/2 tsp baking soda
°250 grams of gluten-free oatmeal
°60g mini chocolate chips
°45 gm chocolate chips

* Instructions :

Heat oven to 180 ° C.
Put the dates in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and let them marinate for 5 minutes.
Time dates are soft, drain water & pour dates to blender or food processor along with the bananas, 60ml of coconut oil, vanilla extract, and baking soda.   Mix until everything becomes a smooth paste.
Pour the banana and date mixture into the salad bowl. Add oatmeal, mini chocolate chips, and mix well.
Transfer the dish to an 8 x 8 inch or 20 x 25 cm rectangular tray and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and firm. Leave to cool to room temperature after removing from the oven.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Once melted, pour the melted chocolate drops over the granola bars.
Allow time for the chocolate to harden before cutting into bars. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
