BUCKEYE-BROWNIE-COOKIES


This crazy dessert features the first brownie, topped with a dollop of peanut butter and finally topped with chocolate coulis for garnish. Buckeye brownie is invited to all your events and snacks. *ingredients :

° 113 grams melted butter
° 100 grams of sugar
° 50 gm brown sugar
° 1 large egg
° 1 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract
° 40 g of bitter cocoa powder
° 160 grams of flour

° ½ teaspoon of fat
° 85 grams of chocolate chips

* Methods :

1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C In a bowl, beat the butter and sugars until softened. Add eggs, vanilla, cocoa and stir. Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix. Add chocolate chips.
2. We take 12 balls of dough and put them on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Gently press the top. Cook for 10 minutes.
