°5 teaspoons unsalted butter 24 g
°3/4 dry red pepper, finely chop 
°5 teaspoons white flour (all-purpose) 14 g
°3/4 cup part-skim milk, 2 0 ml
°2 1/2 tsp whole seed mustard 14 g
°1 2/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 130 g
°3 1/2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese 10 g
before starting
Heat serving dishes in the oven to the lowest temperature until hot when ready to serve.
Place a colander in the kitchen sink to receive the pasta after cooking.

To save time, follow the steps for preparing the sauce and cooking the pasta at the same time.
Start by cooking the pasta.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add finely chopped red pepper and saute for a minute. Add the flour and cook for two minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the milk and bring the mixture to a boil. Add mustard and grated cheese, stirring until smooth.
Return the drained pasta to the pasta cooking pot, add the sauce and mix well. Served on hot plates.
