Chicken & Dressing Casserole 😋😋

Chicken pieces are cooked and then poured with a delicious Italian sauce. The result: it's tender and full of flavour. Served with salad, vegetables, orzo flower...

*ingredients :

°Italian vinegar
°45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
°45 ml (3 tsp) finely Parmesan cheese
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh herbs of your choice, coarsely chopped (thyme and/or thyme and/or parsley)
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) coarsely chopped capers
°5 ml (1 teaspoon) of liquid honey
°2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) salt
°1⁄4 tsp (1.25 ml) crushed red pepper flakes and more, to taste
°1 crushed garlic clove
°lemon flavor
°juice of half a lemon
°Freshly pepper, to taste
°Grill chicken thigh
°2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
°10 ml (2 teaspoons) salt
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil

In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients. For reservations.
Grilled chicken thighs
Heat the grill to medium to high power. network oil.
In a bowl, season the chicken with salt and sprinkle with olive oil. Good mixing.
Grill chicken thighs on the barbecue or in a grill pan for 6 to 7 minutes per side, depending on size. The chicken comes off the grill easily when cooked, and if it rips it's not ready to be turned over.
Immediately pour the sauce over the grilled chicken.
Serve with lemon and olive oil salad, if desired, and a green salad.
