Chicken & Rice Casserole

* Ingredients :

°3 cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes or shredded
°2 cups instant white rice
°2 cups of water
°Cream of mushroom soup
°Chicken Cream Soup
°celery cream soup
°cup butter, cut into slices
°Half a teaspoon of salt
° Half a teaspoon of black pepper

* instructions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 400*
Grease the sides and bottom of the baking dish with a little fat
The second step:
Stir cream of mushrooms with cream of chicken and cream of celery soup with water, and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Third step:
Add chicken and rice to the soup mixture
Sprinkle salt and pepper
The fourth step:
Scoop carefully into the baking dish
Spread buttered patties evenly over the top of the casserole
Fifth step:
Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, until rice is cooked through and chicken is cooked through
