Chocolate Skillet Cake with Ice Cream


*Ingredients: 6 people

°50g flour
°50 grams of cornstarch
°200 grams of dark chocolate for baking
°100 gm brown sugar
°4 eggs
°150 grams butter
°pinch of salt
°butter
°icing sugar

* Preparation:


1.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over a double boiler.

2.
Whisk eggs with brown sugar in a bowl.

3.
Add the chocolate butter mixture, then the flour, cornstarch and salt and mix well until we get a smooth dough.

4.
Melt a piece of butter in a very deep frying pan and pour into the preparation.

5.
Leave to cook for 15 minutes on low heat.

6.
Remove from heat and leave to cool for 2-3 minutes.



7.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with berries or other seasonal fruits.
