Copycat Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

°cup unsalted melted butter
°32 oz hash browns, shredded and frozen
°1 cup finely chopped onion
°Half a teaspoon of black pepper
°1 cup sour cream
°1 can cream cheddar soup or cream chicken
°2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese

* instructions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Spraying 9*13 baking pan with non-stick spraying
The 2 step:
Put half a cup of cheese on the side
In a large bowl, add the shredded hash brown, the soup mix, the cheese minus ½ cup, the sour cream, the onion and the pepper.
Third step:
Stir until well mixed
Pour into the prepared baking tray with ½ cup of grated cheese.
The fourth step:
Baking about 45 min
