Corn Casserole

A delicious corn casserole is side plate made in heaven with creamy corn blended  with every bite your cornbread! Whether you calling it corn casserole, corn pudding, it's a side plate that goes with just about all!

* ingredients :

°8 oz jiffy corn muffin mix (box 1)
°15 ounces whole corn (strained)
°15 ounces cream corn
°1 cup sour cream
° 12 cups butter (1 stick, melted)

* instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C and butter an 8×8 baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, drained whole corn, cream of corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
8 oz jiffy corn muffin mix, 15 oz whole corn, 15 oz cream corn, 1 cup, 1 cup butter
Transfer to the prepared baking dish and bake on the center rack of a 350°F (175°C) oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Taking it out of oven & serving directly.
