Cracker Barrel Meatloaf



* ingredients :

°1 large onion finely chopped
°1/4 cup Kraft Italian Sauce from Kraft Calorie Wise
°1-1/2 pound lean beef
°3/4 cup Heinz ketchup, divided
°1 kg (120 g) package of low-sodium chicken stuffing mix
°3/4 cup water
°2 egg whites
°1/2 c cheddar cheese
 
* Methods :

Heat oven 374 degrees f
Put the onion and dressing in a large non-stick skillet.
Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring constantly.

Form mixture into 10x5-inch loaves in a 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; Cover with the remaining ketchup.

Covering with cheese & cooking for 2 min or to cheese melts.
