Creamy Chicken Ranch

* Ingredients

4 large chicken breasts, thawed, boneless and skinless
6 medium Yukon gold potatoes
2 cups small carrots
1 can heavy cream of chicken soup
Half a cup of milk
1 packet ranch sauce
Chopped parsley for garnish

* instructions

The first step:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes

Spray the crock pot with non-stick spray

The second step:
Place the potatoes and carrots in the bottom of the crock pot

Put chicken breasts on top of the potatoes

Third step:
In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch sauce

Whisk until well blended

The fourth step:
Pour this mixture over the chicken

Put the lid on, close it and set it for 5 to 6 hours or low for 8 to 9 hours

Garnished with fresh chopped parsley
