Low Carb Chicken and Bacon Casserole

* ingredients :

°350g of tortillas or pasta
°60 ml (1/4 cup) butter
°45 ml (3 tablespoons) flour
°1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
°500 ml milk
°500 ml (2 cups) cubed cooked chicken
°8 slices of cooked bacon, diced
°3 tsp chop fresh chives
°1/2 c plain breadcrumbs
°1/2 cup (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese

* Preparation :

In  saucepan boil salt water, cooking pasta to tender.  In other saucepan, melting butter on heat. Sprinkling with flour. Stir and cook for 1 minute, without coloring the flour. Pour in the broth and milk, then bring to a boil with a whisk. Add chicken, cheese, bacon, chives, and pasta. Transfering preparation to 20 cm (8 in) baking plate . Sprinkling with breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese. To serve immediately, bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated 190°C (375°F) oven.
Let it cool, then cool in the fridge. Cover the dish with plastic wrap, then cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and fold up to seal tightly. This plate can be froze for up to 3 month.
The day before, letting it thaw in refrigerator.

Remove the foil and the plastic wrap, then cover the dish with foil. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 190°C (375°F) oven, until center is fully heated. Remove the aluminum foil and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
