Mexican Tortilla Casserole

At Pillsbury, we have a particular passion for preparing meals, so we created this Mexican-inspired cheese casserole because it's easy to freeze the meal.     (We've included instructions for cooking it straight from the fridge as well as thawing it first.) So whether you're making it for dinner tonight or making it now for a meal lets you enjoy your meal. Later you are sure to get delicious results.

* Ingredients:

°1 p (500 g) lean ground-beef
°1kg El Paso Old Taco Seasoning Mix
°150 ml (2/3 cup) water
°1 red pepper, cut into 2.5 cm slices
°675 ml (2 3/4 cups) sauce
°1 1/2 cups (375 ml) frozen whole kernel sweet corn
°6 medium El PasoTM tortillas (6 in / 15 cm)
°2 cups (500 ml) colby and monterey jack cheese mixture, grated

* Steps
Preheat oven 175°C (350°F). In a 30-cm (12-inch) skillet, cook beef over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stir frequently, to totally cooked through; Add taco snasom blend, water, & red pepper slices.     Simmer on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the liquid thickens. Stir in the sauce and corn.
2, spray 33 of 23 cm (13 per 9 inches) 3qquart (285 l) hob with a kitchen tank and cut the tortillas in half;
Add half of the beef mixture (about 875 ml [3 1/2 cups]). Sprinkling with 175 ml (3/4 cup)  cheese and rest tortilla halves. Top with the remaining beef and cheese mixture.
Spraying piece aluminum foil enough to covering baking plate with cook spray. Cover a baking dish with tin foil, and sprinkle it face down. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until completely heated through and cheese has melted.
To prepare in advance: wrap a baking dish covered with aluminum foil with a double layer of cling film; Label and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. To thaw and cook: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or until the pan is completely thawed. Remove the plastic wrap. Bake for 1 to 1 hour 10 minutes or until center is heated through (75°C [165°F]) and cheese is melted. To cook straight from the freezer (without defrosting): Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Remove the plastic. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minutes or until center heats up (75°C [165°F]) and cheese is melted.
