One Pot Cheesy Chicken Broccoli & Rice Casserole

 A delight that no one would blame for eating it straight from the plate.

*Ingredients 6 servings :

°1 sachet (25g) Clubhouse Delicious Energizing Seasoning Mix
°1 pound (500 grams) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) cubes
°2 C fresh broccoli florets
°3/4 C long.grain rice
°1 C shred cheddar cheese, divid
°1 1/2 cups (375 ml) chicken broth as a cup
°1 cup (250 ml) of milk
°1 cup (250 ml) crunchy on top of French fried onions

* Preparation :

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C. Divide chicken, broccoli, rice, and half of the cheese in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
2 In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth, milk, and seasoning mixture. Slowly pour the mixture over the chicken and rice. Cover it with foil.
3 Bake for 50 minutes. Remove the foil. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and crunchy fried onions. Cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Take it out of the oven. Letting stand 5 to 11 min before serve .
