Parmesan meatloaf



* Ingredients :

°1 pound of ground pork
°1 pound of ground beef
°2 large eggs
°1/4 cup breadcrumbs
°1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
°1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
°1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
° 1 to 2 garlic clove
°1 small yellow onion (grated)
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
°1/4 tsp black pepper
°1/2 C grated-Parmesan
°1/2 cup pasta sauce (marinara sauce, house, meatless)
°1/2 cup grated cheese (mixed Italian cheeses)

* Preparation : 

Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Light greased loaf pan ( using a glass loaf pan) with cook spray, set apart .
Step 2  In  bowl, combine ground pork & beef, egg, breadcrumbs, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic, onion, salt, pepper & Parmesan-cheese. Trying not to handle mix  much, otherwise it will become-hard.
Step 3
Placing mix in greased loaf pan & forme loaf. Topping meatloaf wiith pasta sauce.
Step 4
Placing filled cake tin on  baking sheet & baking about 1 h .
Step 5
Removing meatloaf from oven & drain the fat to meats at this time.
Step 6
Sprinkling top with rest of grated cheese.
Step 7
Return meatloaf to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
Step 8
Taking meatloaf out of oven & let stand 5 to 10 min before slice.
