Plus, it's gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and refined sugar free!

*ingredients

°200 gm peanut butter
°60 ml maple syrup
°1 c. vanilla extract
°50 gm coconut flour
°blanket
°75 gm dark chocolate
°1 c. Peanut Butter

*instructions

In a salad bowl, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract well, then add the coconut flour. The preparation should be homogeneous and not stick to the hands. If so, add a little more flour.
Flatten in a small skillet covered with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and spoonful of peanut butter (in the microwave at 30-second intervals or in a double boiler), mix well and pour over mixture.
Keep in the freezer until the chocolate hardens (about ten minutes for me).
Take it out and cut it into squares. Store it in the refrigerator for several weeks.

Enjoy !
