Pineapple Juice Cake

A cake with the good taste of pineapple

*Ingredients (6 people) :

°3 eggs
°1/2 pot of peanut oil yogurt
°2 tbsp of rum (optional), not added
°1 pinch of salt
°1/2 sachet of yeast
°2 jars of sugar
°3 yoghurt pots of flour
°1 natural yogurt
°Powder sugar 
°30g caster sugar
°1/2 pineapple

* Preparation : 

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (th 5-6).
Butter a cake mold. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.
Wash the pot and wipe it dry.
Measure out 2 jars of sugar and mix it with the yogurt.
Measuure 3 jars flour, sift it with yeast & salt.
Gradually add it to the sweet yogurt, whisking.
Then add the eggs one by one, mixing with a wooden spoon. Measure the oil, add it and the (rum).
Mixing to obtain  homogeneous paste.
Pour dough to a mold, put in oven and cooking for 50 min .
Meanwhile, prepare the pineapple syrup.
Peel the pineapple and remove the fibrous central part.
Pass the fruit in the centrifuge (otherwise, use a fresh store-bought pineapple juice).
Pour the juice into a saucepan, add the sugar and bring to a boil
let boil for 5 minutes.
