Pineapple-juice-cake



A cake with great taste pineapple

* Ingredients (6 people):

° 3 egg
° 1/2 pot of peanut oil yogurt
° 2 tablespoons rum (optional), not added
° 1 pinch of salt
° 1/2 sachet of yeast
° 2 jars of sugar
° 3 pots of flour yogurt
° 1 natural yogurt
° Powdered sugar
° 30g of powdered sugar
° 1/2 pineapple

* Preperation :

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (th 5-6).
Butter a cake tin. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.
Washing pot & wipe it dry.

Measure 2 jar sugar & blend it with yogurt.
Measure 3 jar flour, sift it with yeast & salt.
Gradually adding it to sweet yogurt when whisk.

Then adding eggs one by one, mix with  wooden spoon. Measure the oil, add it and the (rum).
Blend until smooth.

Pour dough to mold, put in oven & baking for 50 min.

Meantime, preparing pineapple syrup.
Peeled pineapple & removing fibrous central part.
Pass fruit through juicer (otherwise, using fresh stored-bought pineapple juice).
Pour juice to saucepan, adding sugar & bring to boil
boil for 5 min.
