Skinny Chicken Stir Fry

This quick stir fry is packed with veggies, nutrients, and flavor! By using brown rice instead of white rice, you will prepare a dish with a higher nutritional value.

*ingredients :

1 pound
°Low fat minced chicken
2 cups
°Long grain brown rice
2 tbsp. tea
°vegetable oil
1 C
°Onion tranche
°mince garlic clove
2 tbsp soup
°Fresh minced fresh ginger
2 cups
°Cauliflower and flowers
2 cups
°sliced ​​carrots
2 cups
°Sliced ​​green pepper
3 tbsp. soup
°Low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp. soup
2 tbsp. Tea
°white vinegar
2 tbsp. Tea
°rice vinegar
1 c. Tea
2 tbsp. soup
°Sesame seeds

* Steps :

Cook brown rice in unsalted water as directed.
Heat oil in  fry pan on high-heat. Add garlic, ginger, onion and minced chicken. Fry until the mixture begins to turn brown.
Add broccoli, carrots and pepper. Fry again until the vegetables are slightly soft but crunchy, and the chicken is cooked through.
Add ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
To serve, spread cooked rice to the bottom and sides of a large serving dish and place fried foods in the middle. Garnished with sesame seeds.
