Stuffed Bell Peppers



*Ingredients :

°3 Peppers (1 yellow, 1 green, 1 red)
°500g Minced pork
°2 Onions
°2 garlic cloves
°2tbsp. tablespoon Oil
°200g Rice

*Preparation steps :

Preheat the oven th. 7/8 (220 ° C). Cutting off top of peppers hollow them out. Peeled also cutting onions to strips.
Cook the rice in a pot of salted boiling water, following the cooking time indicated on the package (approximately 10 min). Drain it and set aside.
Melting onions also garlic in  saucepan with 2 tbs oil soup. Simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the meat, rice, onions and garlic. Salt and pepper.
Garnish the cored peppers with the mixture and place them in an ovenproof dish, adding a little water to the bottom of the dish. Bake for 35 min. Serve immediately.
