Taco Lasagna

* ingredients :

°500 gm ground beef
°6 plain tortillas
°1 green pepper
°1 yellow onion
°cumin cania
°paprika cania
°200 gm red kidney beans
°400 grams peeled tomatoes
°150 gm shredded cheddar cheese
°2 tbsp. to s. olive oil
°good salt
°black pepper kanya

* Preparation :

Peel and chop the onion, then remove the seeds and chop the green pepper into cubes.
In skillet, sauté onion & pepper in 2 tsp oil.
After 5 minutes, add the meat with a pinch of spices, salt and pepper.
Fry for 5 minutes, then add the drained beans, 15 cl of water and the tomato puree. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Heat oven to 180 ° C.
Grease a lasagna dish with a little oil, arrange two tortillas, then cover with half of the beef mixture. Make a second layer and finish the tortillas.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
