Texas Chocolate Quarter Sheet Cake



* ingredients :

°125 gm chocolate
°125 grams sugar
°60 grams flour
°125 grams butter
°3 eggs

* Methods:

Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a little water or milk. Once the chocolate is melted, add the butter.

The second step
Once everything is melted and mixed, add the sugar.

Step 3
When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the three egg yolks one at a time, and finally the flour.

Step 4
Let it simmer, then add the three egg whites, whisked until stiff peaks form.

Step 5
Bake at 165°C (5/6 thermostat) for 35 minutes.

Step 6
VARIANT (see 6th meeting): After half of the dough has been poured into the mold, I add the pistachio preparation, consisting of 30 g of chopped pistachios, 20 g of sugar and 10 cl of fresh cream, then pour out the rest of the preparation . It gives the pistachio filling in an aesthetic and not bad way. You can increase the amounts of sugar and/or pistachios, depending on whether you like sweetness, more pistachios, etc. In this case, do not put amaretto in the dough, as it obscures the taste of pistachios.
