7 Day Diet Weight Loss Soup



*ingredients:

°½ head of chopped cabbage
°1 cup celery cut into cubes.
°1 cup white or yellow onion, cut into cubes.
°1 cup chopped carrots.
°1 green pepper, cut into cubes.
°2-3 garlic cloves, crushed.
°2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
°4 cups of chicken broth.
°1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes.
°1 teaspoon seasoning.
°1 teaspoon basil.
°½ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
°Cayenne pepper.
°Salt and Pepper.

* Methods :

In  saucepan, heat oil on medium heat and frying celery, onions, peppers, & carrots. Add garlic, stir, then pour in chicken broth.
Mix tomatoes and cabbage and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook until the cabbage is tender. Mix thyme, basil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, and voila!
