Amish Broccoli Salad

Loved this little salad, it's light, crunchy and totally refreshing :)

It fits well in a cold buffet.


°1 broccoli cut 
°1 cauliflower cut into pieces
°1 red onion finely chopped
°Small carrots, cut into edges, quantity to taste (optional)
°1 cup (100 g) cubed cheese
°½ cup (125 ml) bacon, cooked in small pieces (eliminated)
°1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise (I, Hellmann's)
°1 c. balsamic vinegar
°1 c. tablespoon red wine vinegar
°½ cup (50 g) sugar

Put the vegetables in a large bowl and set aside. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables and mix well. Putting it in fridge for an hour before serve
