*ingredients :

°3-4 russet potatoes, sliced
°four tablespoons olive oil
°2 teaspoons salt
°2 teaspoons garlic powder
°2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
°cup shredded parmesan cheese
+Optional: parsley (or cilantro), ranch dressing or blue cheese for dip

*Methods  :

Preheat oven 375. Grease a baking tray with a touch oil and set aside.
Put the potato wedges in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and stir till covered. In a small bowl, whisk collectively salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle the potato slices with grated cheese, toss to coat, after which sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
Lay the potato wedges at the organized baking sheet in a single layer with the pores and skin sides facing down. Bake for 25-35 minutes, till potatoes are soft with a fork and golden. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and sauce for dipping.
