Baked Potato Salad


° eight to ten medium-sized potatoes
° 12 tranches of bacon, cooked, cooled & crumbled
° 1 yellow onion, diced
° ½ tsp chives
° 1 salt
° 1 pepper
° 1/12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
° 1 cup cream
° ½ c mayonnaise
° Green onions for garnish

* Methods : 

The first step:
Wash the potatoes and reduce them into small pieces
Boil potatoes for 20 to twenty-five minutes
The 2d step:
Drain potatoes & positioned them in refrigerator to cool
In a blending bowl, integrate mayonnaise and bitter cream the usage of a whisk
Third step:
Add onions, chives, 1/2 of of the bacon, 1/2 of a cup of cheddar cheese, and potatoes
Add salt and pepper and stir lightly till combined
The fourth step:
Garnish with last cheese, bacon and onions
