Beef Nachos


° 1 pound beef, good quality, low fat & grass fed
° 2 bag tortilla chips, according to taste of your choice
° 1 pack taco season mix
° 1 Bean can be re-fried
° Onion cutting to cubes
° 3 small tomatoes cut into cubes
° 3 finely chopped green onions
° 16 ounces Fiesta cheese, grated

* Methods :

The 1 step:
Preheat oven 400*
Adding beef and onions to skillet, crumble meat and cooking well
The 2 step:
Drain any fat from skillet
Reduce heat and adding taco season
Third step:
Simmer about a few more min
Lay  sheet of parchment paper on 2 baking sheets
The 4 step:
On every tray, placing one bag of tortilla chips & distribute evenly
Divide the refried beans and spoon them into each tray of chips
Fifth step:
Spreading half of meat mixture on every tray
Sprinkle half the amount of cheese on each tray
Sixth step:
Placing trays in oven & baking for 10 to 15 min, until cheese has melt.
Once the cheese melts, take it out of the oven and top it with diced tomatoes and green onions
Seventh step:
It can be served with salsa and sour cream, shredded lettuce and olives, or any other toppings in your family.
