*Breaded Ranch Pork Chops *


°3 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (with bone)
°1/2 cup flour
°1 egg
°1 tablespoon milk
°1 tablespoon mayonnaise
°1/2 c dry breadcrumbs, un-seasoned
°1 (1 oz) ranch dressing blend
°2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons ghee
°2 tablespoons canola oil

* Directions :

In  sized bowl, putting flour.
In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and mayonnaise until well combined.
In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs and salad dressing mixture (or spices of your choice).
Dip pork chops, individually, in flour & shake off excess.
After the flour, dip in the egg mixture and immediately dip in the breadcrumbs so that the pork piece is well covered; Sit aside.
When the three pork chops are baked, melt 1 tablespoon butter in the bottom of a small baking dish in the microwave.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
Place the pork chops in a baking dish and bake at 425 F for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, take it out of the oven.
Transfer pork chops to a plate.
Put a second tablespoon of butter and oil in the dish and leave to melt.
Place the pork chops back on the plate and flip as you do.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Served with boiled potatoes and green beans.
