Cabbage Roll Skillet



°1 pound minced meat
°1 yellow onion (chopped)
°1 sweet pepper (chopped)
°1 small head of cabbage (seeded and chopped)
°1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
°2 teaspoons Tony Chacher's Creole seasoning
°2 tsp garlic powder
°2 teaspoons smoked paprika
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°2 c cheddar cheese

* Methods :

Brown meat in  skillet on medium heat. Removing excess fat if there is more than  tsp (a some extra fat is OK).
Add chopped onion and sweet pepper and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the cabbage, diced tomatoes and all the spices to the skillet with the minced meat. Covering with a lid & cooking for 20-25 min, stir occasionally. Taste-test and season with additional salt or spices, if needed.
Sprinkle cheese on top and cover again until cheese melts.

Enjoy alone or with rice!
