Chicken taco with cheese and cream


° 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, baked until well done
° 8 oz cream cheese,
° 1 pack taco season
° 1 c cheese
° 8 to 10 corn tortillas
°Optional extras:
° lettuce
° onion
° chopped tomatoes
° sour cream
° Guacamole

* instructions:

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
 Putting 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan & set it to side
The 2 step:
After chicken is cooked through, chop it with 2 forks
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and taco seasoning and mix well
Third step:
Stirring shredded chicken well to coat chicken completely.
Placing corn tortillas in hot oiled skillet for just a some seconds to heat up, removing tortillas also set them to side, and repeat with the rest tortillas
The 4 step:
 Spraying baking tray with non-stick spray
Putting  spoonful of chicken mixture in center of the tortilla and rolling it up
Put each rolled corn tortilla in the skillet
Fifth step:
Baking in preheated oven for 20 to 30 min
Remove the skillet, sprinkle with the Fiesta cheese mixture, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes
Sixth step:
Remove the tortilla from the oven, and place the tortilla on a serving plate lengthwise in a circle, leaving the middle open with a layer of shredded lettuce.
In the middle, put a bowl of diced tomatoes, salsa, sour cream or guacamole
Seventh step:
Served with your choice of toppings
