Chocolate Delight



*ingredients *

°1 16 oz tub cold whip
°1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (soft)
°1 c powdered sugar
°1 tsp vanilla
°1 5.9 oz chocolate pudding
°1 59 oz instant vanilla pudding
°4 cups of milk
°1 1/2 cups Teddy Grahams chocolate
°3/4 cup chopped walnuts
°1 piece butter

* Directions :

Preheat oven to 350*
Whisking 1 1/4 c teddy gram also 1/2 c walnuts in food processor, blend in a bowl with 1 stick of melt butter. Forme crust on bottom of 9" * 13" casserole dish. Baking for 15 min, to set. Meanwhile, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, half  bowl Cool-Whip, also vanilla extract in  bowl. Mix to smooth.
Layer cream cheese blend on cold dough.
Mix both pudding packs also milk, blending to thick. Layer over cream cheese mixture.
Pour in remaining Cool-Whip, then sprinkle Teddy Grahams powder and chopped walnuts over top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or 6 hours!
