Copycat Coleslaw From KFC


°3 cups (315 g) cauliflower, cut into florets
°½ cup (100 g) carrots, sliced
°1 French shallot, minced
°½ cup (60 ml) white vinegar
°½ cup (60 ml) olive oil
°½ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
°½ cup (50 g) sugar
°1 c. celery seeds

In a food processor, crush the broccoli, carrots, and leeks until they form small rice-sized pieces. Keep in a large bowl. In a bowl, combine vinegar, oil, mayonnaise, and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add celery seeds and pepper. Good mixing. Pour the vinegar over the vegetables and mix well. Leave it for an hour in the refrigerator before serving.
