Cowboy Meat and Potato Casserole




* Ingredients  

° ½ c onion
° ½ c dried breadcrumbs
° 1 pound lean beef
° Half a c of barbecue sauce 
° 2 tsp hot pepper powder
° Half a tsp of salt
° 1 egg
° potato
° 1 package of instant butter flavor mashed potato mix
° Half a cup of evaporated milk
° 1 ts chop parsley
° 1 tsp of butter
° 1 tsp garlic powder
° 1 c cook & crumbled bacon
° ½ c crunchy fry onions
° ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

* instructions:

The first step:
Preheat oven 375*, lightly spraying  9*9 baking tray
Use a  bowl, mix ground beef, onion, BBQ sauce, breadcrumbs, eggs, & spices.
The second step:
Press the meat mixture into the bottom of the spray tray
Bake without a lid for 20 minutes
Third step:
Removing from oven & carefully drain grease
In other bowl, making instant potatoes & blend them with evaporated milk, cheese, dried onions, butter & bacon.
The 4 step:
Spreading potato mixture on meat and sprinkle with grated cheese, bacon & dried onions.
Placing under grill, 6 inches from grill, & roast for 3 min.
Fifth step:
Serving with an extra serve of BBQ sauce if you want.
