French Onion Chicken Bake



* Components for:

°4 chicken pieces (drumsticks, between thighs)
° 5 onions
° 1 tsp. oil spoon
° 1 nut butter
° 20 cl chicken broth
° salt
° pepper

* Preparation steps:

Peel the onion, then chop. Heat the butter and oil in a casserole dish and fry the onions. Delete them. Alternatively, brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
Return the onions to the casserole, add the broth, salt and pepper and simmer for about 35 minutes. Serve directly in the tagine.
