French Onion Chicken Skillet

*components for

°4 chicken pieces (drumsticks, between thighs)
°5 onions
°1 tbsp. spoons of oil
°1 butter knob
°20 cl chicken broth

* Preparation steps:

Peel the onion, then chop. Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan and fry the onions. Delete them. Brown the chicken pieces from all sides in place.

Put the onions back into the pan, add the broth, salt and pepper and simmer for 35 minutes. Serve directly in the tagine.

Tip: at the end of cooking, you can thicken the sauce with 10 cl of cream.
