Italian Scampi Chicken Pasta



* ingredients:

° 6 oz of angel hair pasta
° 1 pound boneless chicken, cut into pieces
°Half a glass of white wine
° 2 tablespoons separated lemon juice
° Half a cup of chicken broth
° Half a cup of butter
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° 1 tablespoon minced garlic
° 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
°Salt and black pepper to taste
* Chives for garnish

* instructions:

The first step:
Follow package directions to cook pasta until soft.
When done, set the pasta aside after draining.
The second step:
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper over the chicken.
Add chicken to a pot covered with cooking spray.
Third step:
Cooking chicken about 4-5 min. Turn the chicken and flip it often until it is cooked through. Once the chicken is cooked, take it out and put it on a plate. Sit aside.
Clean the pan and spray again before adding the butter. Once butter has melt, adding garlic, salt, & pepper.
The fourth step:
Cook the garlic in the butter for at least one minute. Then add the wine, lemon juice and broth.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer until the liquid is about ½ cup.
Fifth step:
Add the flour to the mixture and stir until well combined. Letting flour cooking on medium heat for 60 sec.
Add the prepared chicken and let it fry for a few minutes.
plating:
Use about ½ cup of pasta per dish. Pour about 1 cup of chicken scampi and sauce over the coated pasta. decorate with chives if wanted.
