°1 C melt butter (or 1 stick of butter & 1 stick margarine)
°2 C sugar
°1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
°4 L egg (slightly beaten)
°1 tsp vanilla
°1/8 tsp salt
°1 1/2 C flour
°1 1/2 C chop pecans, toast
°1 (10.  5 ounce) small bag of marshmallows

* instructions:

1. Whisk the melted butter with the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir with flour and chopped walnuts.
2. Pour blend to flour 15" * 10" jelly roll pan.
3. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden stick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Take it out of the oven. Spread evenly over warm cake with marshmallows.
Return to the oven, and bake for 5 minutes.
5. Drizzle the chocolate icing (see recipe and instructions below) over a warm cake.
Chocolate Frosting Recipe and Instructions:
1 package (16 ounces) powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. softened butter
1/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa
Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth
