°2 tablespoons olive oil
°2 pounds diced beef broth
°2 tsp flour
°4 c of water
°2 c beef broth
°1/2 tsp salt
°1/2 tsp black pepper
°4 c of potatoes, cutting to cubes
°2 c chop carrots
°1 tsp dry rosemary
°1 c fresh corn
°1 c fresh green beans, cutting to 1-inch pieces
°1 c chop turnip (optional)
°2 c chop fresh tomatoes (optional) I like tomatoes so I adding them.

* How to making it :

Heat oil in  pot. Adding beef and flour, stir until beef is firm; Brown.
Adding water, broth, salt & pepper. Heat to boil Reduce heat & simmer for an 1h.
Stirring  in potatoes, carrots (or turnips), & rosemary. Ripens 1-2 h.
Adding corn & green beans & simmer for 30 min longer.
