Old-Fashioned Chocolate Fudge 😍


°2 cups white sugar
°1/2 cup cocoa
°1 cup milk
°4 tablespoons butter
°1 teaspoon vanilla

* How to make it :

Greased an 8" x 8" square baking tray. Sit apart.
Mixing sugar, cocoa & milk in  saucepan. Stir until combined, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and let it simmer. Don't flip again.
Putting candy thermometer in pan and cooking to temperature reaches 114°C. If you are not use  thermometer, cooking to a drop of this blending in a c of cold water form smooth ball. Feel ball with your fingers to making sure it is correct alignment. It should flatten when you press it between your fingers.
Remove from heat. Adding butter or margarine & vanilla extract. Beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge loses its shine. Not under beating.
Pour into the prepared pan and leave to cool. Cut into about 60 squares.
