One Skillet Cabbage Roll Casserole With Beef


°large shredded cabbage
°1 pound ground beef
° Half a c of un-cooked rice
°  large white onion, chopped
° 15 oz. tomato sauce
°15 oz. beef broth
°2 tsp. minced garlic
°Salt / pepper to taste

* instructions:

The first step:
Heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Start by browning meat in a skllet using use to high heat. Directly before remove meat from the pan, adding garlic to beef. Drain beef.
The second step:
Mixing sauce, cabbage, onion, salt, pepper, & rice in  bowl. Stirring meat with cabbage blend.
Third step:
Begin laying  layer of cabbage & beef blending and. Cheese in  9*9 skillet.
Using tin foil, covering skillet also dish. Baking at 350 F about an 1h .
The fourth step:
After an hour, take out the plate. Stirring & making sure to covering  it with aluminum foil again before putting it in oven again.
Letting dish bake again for 15-30 min. The rice is cooked through and the cabbage is soft on the plate if the baking is done..
