Peach Cobbler Coffee Cake




* ingredients :

°1 cup soft butter
°1 cup sugar
°2 eggs
°3 tsp of vanilla extract
°3 c flour
°1 baking powder tsp
°1 baking soda tsp
°1/2 salt tsp
°1-1/4 Cup sour cream
° 1 can (21 ounces) peach pie filling
1 can (15-1/4 ounce) peaches, sliced, drained
+Topping:
°1 cup packed brown sugar
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°1/2 cup quick cooking oats
°1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
°1/2 cup cold butter, cut into cubes
+Glaze:
°1 cup confectioners' sugar
°1-2 tablespoons 2% milk

* Directions :

In  bowl, beat butter & sugar to light & fluffy. Adding eggs, one at  time, beat well after every addition. Beating in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; Add to the cream mixture alternately with sour cream. Multiply until smooth.

Pour half of the mixture into a greased 13-inch. x 9 in. baking dish. Mixing pie fill & peaches. Spreading on mix. Drop rest of mixture by tsp over filling.

+To topping:
Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, & cinnamon in  bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is spreadable. Sprinkle over the mixture.
Baking at 350 degrees about 70-75 min or to toothpick inserted close to center come out clean. Cool on wire rack.

In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar with enough milk to achieve desired consistency; Sprinkle over coffee cake.
